Filter King LLC, a leading U.S. manufacturer of HVAC air filtration products, has recently opened a new manufacturing and distribution facility at 9755 Clifford Drive Suite 100, Dallas, Texas 75220. The 44,000-square-foot facility significantly expands Filter King’s production and logistics capacity and enables 24-hour shipping to customers throughout Texas and surrounding states. Texas, with a population exceeding 30 million, represents one of the largest and most competitive HVAC markets in the United States.
The Dallas location marks Filter King’s third manufacturing and distribution facility opened in 13 months, joining operations in Miami, Florida, Las Vegas, Nevada, and Bethlehem, Pennsylvania. This rapid expansion reflects Filter King’s ability to execute geographic growth at scale while maintaining speed, quality, and operational consistency. The facility is expected to create up to 100 jobs over the next three years.
Commenting on the development, Rick Hoskins, Founder and CEO of Filter King, said, “This is a major step toward our next-day delivery goal. With our new footprint, we can now reach approximately 85% of the U.S. population with next-day service. Locating production near major population centres allows us to improve delivery times, reduce lead times.”
