American Air Filter (AAF) India, a global leader in air filtration solutions, a Daikin Group company, leading airconditioning company in the world, has started a new chapter in clean air innovation with the inauguration of its new manufacturing facility in Noida. This milestone underscores AAF’s commitment to advancing local production, sustainability, and technological excellence in air filtration.
The newly inaugurated facility marking a significant expansion of three times larger than the previous plant. With this development, AAF India has increased its production capacity by five times, enabling faster delivery, improved operational efficiency, and stronger support for its growing customer base across India, especially North & East parts.
The relocation and expansion were driven by key strategic objectives:
- Addressing challenges due to increased production volume to meet rising domestic and global demands.
- Optimizing OEM supply to Daikin Airconditioning India Pvt. Ltd. plants, ensuring smoother integration and just-in-time delivery.
- Capturing high-potential markets in northern India, particularly in sectors such as HVAC, healthcare, pharmaceuticals, and data centres.
The inauguration ceremony was graced by distinguished guests from Filter Division of Daikin Industries Ltd. (DIL) Japan, including:
