Godrej & Boyce (G&B) has appointed Anil G. Verma as CEO. The company has created this post recently. Anil has served the G&B board since 2008. He is an alumnus of the Indian Institute of Technology, BHU; the Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad; and the Sloan School of Management, MIT, USA, where he did an Executive Leadership program.
Under Anil’s leadership, G&B and its business units have received a plethora of recognitions over the years, including the NASEOH Award as well as the Hellen Keller Award for the ‘Best Employer’ for the differently abled. Furthermore, five of the G&B Businesses have been awarded the CII Exim Bank Excellence Award that makes them role model organization.
Anil serves on the Board of Directors of Godrej Infotech Limited and is the Chairman, Board of Directors at Godrej Koerber, which is a JV between Godrej and the Koerber group of Germany.
