Business Plans in 2020
BITZER continuously places its focus on the energy efficiency, intelligence and useability of its products as well as the suitability with future-proof refrigerants. We strive to create further efficiency gains while at the same time reducing system complexity. In India, specifically, we will increase the local stock of air-cooled condensing units to be able to respond to immediate requirements for highly efficient German quality. We will also increase stock and sales of our ROADSTAR compressors and provide more customer trainings at our four Green Point sites acrossthe country. Furthermore, we participate in the development of cold chains with racks that are equipped with external VARIPACK frequency inverters.
BITZER at ACREX 2020
From 27 until 29 February, BITZER will present its most significant innovations at ACREX India 2020 at stand B-10 and also find the company’s service network Green Point there.
BITZER will have an India premiere at the fair: the HS95 screw compressor series. It offers significant efficiency improvements of motors and mechanics, enabling a better system efficiency in full and par t load operations than ever before. The semi-hermetic HS95 screw compressors are designed for a wide application range like refrigeration, air conditioning, heat pump and marine systems and offer displacements of upto 1,015 m3/h (50 Hz) per compressor. In parallel operation systems, with for example four compressors, system displacements of 4,060 m3/h can be reached easily.
BITZER will be showcasing BITZER ORBIT range of scroll compressors, comprising the ORBIT, ORBIT+ and ORBIT FIT series. ORBIT compressors are universally applicable for air conditioning and heat pump applications, while ORBIT+ with line start permanent magnet motor is the most efficient scroll compressor in its class. ORBIT FIT with economiser technology offers increased efficiency and capacity, all in a broader application envelope, which makes it especially suitable for heat pump applications. All series can be combined in numerous tandem and trio configurations with the BITZER Advanced Header Technology (BAHT) which ensures proper oil balance in all phases of the compressors’ operation. They are also interchangeable, thus, allowing system designers and manufacturers to simplify development work by using existing frameworks, footprints, piping layouts and manufacturing processes. This results in reduced complexity and operating costs as well as a quicker time to market for new systems. BITZER has approved serial production of its ORBIT (application optimisation ‘L’) and ORBIT+ scroll compressors for use with low-GWP refrigerants such as R454B, R452B and R32, which belong to the A2L safety group.
