Carrier Global Corporation global leader in intelligent climate and energy solutions, has been honoured with two Top Project of the Year Awards in the Energy Innovation and Software Implementation categories for its Abound solutions in the 2025 Environment + Energy Leader Awards. This recognition underscores Carrier’s commitment to advancing sustainability across retail stores through AI and IoT enabled solutions.

In the Energy Innovation category, Carrier Abound was recognized for enhancing energy efficiency for a leading athletic footwear and sports retailer across the U.S. By implementing an AI and IoT driven initiative across 400 stores – including retrofits and new store openings – Carrier Abound automated store operations and transitioned the retailer to a digital platform.
The E+E Leader Product & Project Awards is an annual program recognizing excellence in products and services that provide companies with energy and environmental benefits, or in projects implemented by companies that improved environmental or energy management outcomes.
