Daikin One Home Air Monitor

Daikin One Home Air Monitor helps monitor the air quality within the whole home. Working with the Daikin One ecosystem, it detects, visualizes, and supports action to improve the indoor air quality within space.

The Air Monitor device is designed to be used in conjunction with the Daikin One+ Smart Thermostat. It measures the physical properties and composition of the air stream using particulate and gas phase sensors including an optical particle counter, temperature, humidity, pressure and VOC sensors. This device transmits data to an access point such as a consumer router. It uses its sensors to monitor the air in order to detect different types of air pollution. It connects to a WiFi network to allow this data to be pushed to a cloud and report results.

One smart thermostat is engineered to communicate with all Daikin One ecosystem components, including new Daikin Fit condensing units, Daikin One air cleaners, furnaces and evaporator coils.

Features:

– One Home Air Monitor will monitor and learn baseline air quality in the home, over 7 days, then provide a rolling 7-day average baseline. The readings will include:
– Green – typical concentrations in the home; Yellow – elevated concentrations and Orange – very elevated concentrations in home.
– When potential particulate and/or chemical events occur outside of this average baseline, the system will detect the potential deviation and send alerts to the Daikin One+ smart thermostat.
– Daikin One+ smart thermostat, helps visualize the estimated air quality in real-time directly on the thermostat or through the smartphone app.

75F Smart Stat Cloud-based Building Intelligence device

75F Inc., a wireless building automation solution for commercial buildings, released 75F Smart Stat Zone Controller, the smart commercial thermostat on the market. It senses temperature, humidity, CO2, VOCs, light, sound and occupancy from built-in sensors. It can optimize occupant workspaces, zone by zone, minute by minute. With this, buildings can begin to work smarter for occupants, sensing their indoor air quality and improving productivity.

Each Smart Stat also has a unique radial touch user interface and includes 75F’s cloud-based wireless building automation platform for HVAC, Indoor Air Quality, lighting and energy management, to achieve energy savings in the 30-50% range in commercial buildings.

Building Intelligence Operating System

Building Intelligence Operating System (BIOS), an integrated solution is a wireless, energy-efficient device by a Mumbai-based startup Enlite Research, which is an upgraded version of a BMS.

Building automation device called Bridge, capable of sensing various building health parameters like: temperature, humidity, air quality, CO2, PM2.5, etc. BIOS uses AI & IoT advancing BMS in real-time monitoring and managing services in a building like HVAC, lights, AQI (air quality index) and safety and surveillance etc. The system learns occupancy patterns, local weather, heat load, etc., in building to regulate and save energy; curbing GHG emissions.
