Chiller hire and sales company ICS Cool Energy offer customers the latest efficient process cooling technology on an enhanced flexible long-term exchange programme.
With its new FLEX Membership, the Hampshire-based company provides customers with access to what it describes as “The latest process heating and cooling equipment with the flexibility of an operating expense”. It further claims that customers can transform their process temperature control system from a fixed asset into a dynamic solution that will be up-to-date with their changing business and process needs.
The FLEX Membership package includes a complete process temperature control solution including equipment, preventive and 24/7 emergency maintenance, replacements, and upgrades. The elements of the FLEX Membership’s all-inclusive, monthly rate contract are said to be tailored to the process’ needs and based on a detailed assessment by ICS Cool Energy engineers. ICS says customers will receive the right temperature control solutions for their process needs with the flexibility to adapt their capacity according to changing seasonal and operational requirements.

The subscription includes variable rates for equipment in use, in standby and off-site, and the option for remote monitoring. Membership subscription duration can last up to nine years with full new-for-old equipment replacement on renewal of the contract.
