‘Great Place to Work’ certification acknowledges organisations that are characterised by great leadership, consistent employee experience and sustainable financial performance. The assessment involves a rigorous culture audit and an anonymous employee survey based on proprietary ‘Trust Index’ model developed by the Great Place to Work Institute.
