With a view to strengthen its UK sales team, Hitachi Cooling & Heating has appointed John Hill as area sales manager for the north of England. Most recently, Hill was looking after the regional sales with Cross Rental Services, a provider of bespoke interim and portable cooling, heating and hot water solutions to the public sector and MoD.
On his current assignment, confident Hill has told media that it’s all about building relationships; his customers know him – and they have faith in him to deliver their projects. Although it is a big responsibility, Hill has already proven that he can deliver. His experience of handling projects from end-to-end has enriched his knowledge on where to add values for the customers.
Thus for Hill, after-sales is just as important as the initial sale. He feels that there is always some room for improvement and that informs and builds their joint knowledge and expertise for the future.
