Thierry Jomard is all set to take up Flakt Group CEO. He will join the company in October. He has worked for 25 years with United Technologies at both Carrier and Otis, including a spell as President of Carrier Commercial Refrigeration.

Dr Walter Rohregger was appointed to the role in October 2016 following Fläkt Woods’ acquisition by investment group Triton and merger with DencoHappel. He is said to be leaving to pursue other activities. Speaking on behalf of the board of directors, Herbert Doleisch said, “We are confident that Thierry will lead Fläkt Group into a phase of profitable growth with innovative products, solutions and services with an obsession to meet and exceed our customers’ expectations. We would like to thank Walter for his outstanding commitment and contribution to the significant improvements made in the last two years in bringing together two ventilation companies into Fläkt Group.”

Dr Walter Rohregger has extensive experience in leading national and international companies in senior executive roles. First with GKN, a global engineering group, where he spent 25 years and most recently as the CEO at Wittur, a private equity owned leading independent supplier of elevator components and solutions.
