Kaltra’s MicroChannel Heat Exchangers (MCHE)…

Kaltra GmbH and its subsidiaries (Kaltra) have secured a fiscal (net) revenue up 15% from the prior-year period and 4% above the previously provided outlook. This demonstrates a solid end to the fiscal year despite navigating a volatile macro-environment and softening demand in the second half.

Stable year growth has been registered in the heat exchanger business segment, with sales up 23% and production up 16% (in quantitative terms) compared to the previous year. Expecting further growth in heat exchanger sales, Katra has scheduled expansion of manufacturing facilities in Q1 2023 (February).

Kaltra has further reported on its plans to extend lineups of products suitable for green, including natural, refrigerants in 2023. Ranges will include air-cooled chillers running on R290 and R32, expansion of air-cooled condenser portfolio, and heat exchangers adopted for low-GWP refrigerants for heat pump, condenser and evaporator applications. Based on current backlog of orders, sales growth is projected for the Year 2023 at 18%.

Headquartered in Germany and Austria, Kaltra designs, develops, and manufactures air conditioning and refrigeration equipment and systems. The company offers air-cooled, water-cooled, and free cooling chillers, precision air conditioners, IT cooling systems, including room-, rack- and row-based solutions, and energy management solutions.

It also designs and manufactures air-cooled condensers, dry coolers, and cooling units for special applications. Additionally, Kaltra offers microchannel heat exchangers for condenser, evaporator, and water cooling and heating applications, as well as aluminium coils for small cooling applications.
