LU-VE S.p.A. (LUVE) has appointed Riccardo Quattrini as General Manager
of the group as of April 1, 2023. Quattrini, in his role as General Manager, will support the Chairman and CEO, and the COO – is granted with powers of ordinary management.
Commenting on the decision, President and CEO, LUVE, Matteo Liberali said, “The proposal to introduce the General Manager into the company’s governance structure follows the significant growth experienced by the LU-VE Group in these years, since its listing on the Stock Exchange. The introduction of the new role has as objective to grant growth, continuity and good management, in line to the values which has always shown the way: humility, passion, values and positive thinking. I am sure that Mr. Quattrini will give an extraordinary contribution and a further incentive to do always our best.
