Trane and American Standard Heating and Air Conditioning are on a mission to help dealers streamline their business – by driving operational efficiencies, improving communications and enhancing the homeowner experience – by collaborating with some of the top Field Service Management providers that are a part of their elite dealer programs. The integrations with the first five field service management integrations will more closely link and drive efficiencies between the manufacturer and Trane and American Standard dealers.

“One of the most critical investments our dealers are making in their future is on field service management software. This enables them to run their entire business on one software platform – from when they acquire a new customer all the way to when that customer is in need of service. Our Trane and American Standard dealers asked us to partner with them in accelerating their business growth through FSMs; we listened, and we are delivering,” said Katherine Shin, VP of Customer Experience. Integrations will enable dealers to boost revenue while streamlining their processes for increased efficiencies.

“HVAC dealers are faced with rapidly evolving consumer expectations, yet no two dealers are alike. Dealers need powerful tools to serve consumer expectations while making their businesses efficient. We are integrating with industry leading FSM partners, to help dealers serve ever-evolving consumer expectations while, at the same time, driving their productivity,” said Jason Bingham, Vice President & President of Residential HVAC & Supply.
