Which HVAC ductless ventilation system products do you offer?
We manufacture two types of ductless ventilation fans.
- Induction Jet Fans, where Centrifugal fan is used and installed wherever lower height is available.
- Impulse Jet Fans, where Axial fan is used.
Our Jet Fans are certified for Air & Sound Performance and CE Certified for high temperature smoke exhaust application in accordance with EN12101-3:2015.
What are your expansion plans?
We are a 52-year-old company that manufactures HVAC equipment. Our expansion strategy includes introducing new products on a regular basis. Recently, we have added 2 factories of 50,000 square meters in Kosi Kalan, close to Mathura, in North India, where we are building a state-of-the-art, world-class factory that complies with industry 4.0 norms. These factories are environmental friendly that meet Green Buildings and Net-Zero norms.
What emerging technologies do you expect to benefit the HVAC industry?
In the past, HVAC sector was purely mechanical. Now there is a dynamic shift towards integration of mechanical products with electronics and control. All our new products are developed using advance Data Analytics, AI-Integration, CFD software & stringent testing process & can easily get integrated with different electronics and controls which will help customers for proper integration with other emerging technologies. These emerging technologies will help HVAC industry in energy efficient and sustainable products.
What is the industry outlook of your organization since your establishment?
Since inception in 1973, we have been the front runner in introducing new technology products which meet latest Global Standards. Our organisation has helped to grow HVAC industry from scratch. HVAC industry always look towards Air flow to introduce new certifications, technologies, products, and concepts.
Could you tell us about any latest product launches you made in the recent past?
We regularly launch new technology and products to stay ahead to lead the industry rather than follow. We have introduced products that are energy efficient and communicable. Also, the Global certifications that we have adopted help with efficiency. Now, in terms of energy efficiency, our Ventilation fans are ranked among the top 6 companies globally. We are getting very good response for our Ventilation fans which we are regularly exporting to USA, Middle East, Africa and SAARC countries.
How do you manage to carry forward the sustainable approach while aiming to manufacture high-quality products?
By introducing new technologies and A.I., and by adhering to industry 4.0 norms, we manage to maintain a sustainable approach by manufacturing products of outstanding quality. Furthermore, we make our manufacturing processes sustainable by using the latest technology and tools.
How significant do you think are events like ACREX in integrating experts, manufacturers, and potential customers?
Acrex is global platform where different stakeholders of our industry meet with manufacturers, designers, consultants, influencers and customers and discuss about the latest trends and emerging technologies. Acrex has become must visit expo for HVAC industry. Industry professionals eagerly await events such as these to unite and share ideas in an attempt of growing together potentially.
How do you manage to offer prompt post-sales service across India?
We have a Central Customer Cell that handles all our clients’ needs, queries, and services. Our service network spans the entire country of India. Our post-sales service is supported by 8 offices and 2 factories located throughout India.
What kind of importance do you attach on R&D, especially when the entire HVAC-R industry is undergoing a big transition?
Whether it is the traditional market or the integration of digitalization, research and development plays a crucial component in any industry, and regular product and technology upgrades are crucial. AIR FLOW R&D lab is located in Greater Noida. We have also collaborated with IIT and other renowned Global institutions. With the help of our R&D team, led by our Director Mr. Abhishek Jain, we regularly develop new products. The R&D lab is where all the future planning and development for product upgrades and expansion takes place.
What is your business outlook for the coming years?
Expansion of infrastructure in India is the main objective of our business view plan. Foreign investors are drawn to India because the government is also considering expanding the nation’s infrastructure. Consequently, this benefits domestic investors as well. HVAC product demands have a lot of potential. By making investments in R&D and product development, we also hope to manufacture products that are smarter and more efficient. In the upcoming 10 years, we also anticipate tremendous business potential of up to 7 times.
