Fergas is a Swedish company specializing in the manufacturing of forward-curved impellers, backward-curved impellers, and cross-flow blowers. With over 75 years of expertise, we have continuously refined and improved our designs to meet industry standards.
Energy efficiency has become a key focus in today’s world. Our innovative “Key Rivet” technology makes impellers lighter, enhancing the energy efficiency of the final product.
For our Cross Flow Blower range, we are prioritizing EC (Electronically Commutated) products this year. By integrating EC energy-saving motors into our cross-flow line, we aim to offer enhanced efficiency and performance. The complete EC blower range is showcased at our stall in ACREX India 2025.
Reliability and quality assurance are key and primary factors for today’s world. How is your company adapting to this and whatchanges are you making??
We are currently have manufacturing facilities in Sweden, Italy, and China and is exploring India as the next potential manufacturing base.
Our expertise in air movement is demonstrated through specialized techniques and innovative products, including our patented “Key Rivet” technology— initially developed by Fergas for the assembly of blower wheels. Additionally, our fully automated blower wheel robot line is one of the unique technologies that sets us apart.
Although the Key Rivet patent has now expired, it remains a groundbreaking innovation. This technology enhances the strength and rigidity of impellers, allowing them to operate at higher RPMs while maintaining consistent performance. As a result, our customers benefit from greater reliability and durability in their applications.
Events like ACREX have become a crucial part in shaping the HVAC industry. How do you think the events are important for companies like you and what is your takeaway for this year?
Events like ACREX play a crucial role in shaping the HVAC industry, providing a platform for companies to showcase innovations, connect with industry leaders, and stay ahead of emerging trends.
At Fergas, ACREX has always been a key event in our global exhibition calendar, and we have never missed an edition. This year, we leveraged the opportunity to present our entire product range, including backward-curved impellers, forward-curved impellers, and cross-flow blowers.
A key takeaway from this edition of ACREX is our stronger focus on EC (Electronically Commutated) products, which are designed for enhanced energy efficiency. We have integrated EC motors into our cross-flow blower range, and the entire EC blower lineup is on display at our stall.

Forward Curved Centrifugal Wheels
The unique Fergas key rivet style wheel has been the choice of the world since 1979. Produced in fully automated robot lines with excellent quality control. Made in diameters from 67 mm to 224 mm in single or double inlet design with hubs for shaft assembly or adapted for press fit assembly to an external rotor motor. The KNA series can be offered in different materials such as galvanised steel and aluminium.
Custom Blowers & Wheels
We have an efficient R&D department and a laboratory that contains the equipment to support our customers, sometime as a part of our role as the blower supplier and sometimes just as a design partner’s Blowers & Wheels.
Backward Curved Centrifugal Wheels
Fergas offers a range of backward inclined wheels with 180 mm, 190 mm, 225 mm, 250 mm and 280 mm of NB wheels for ventilation applications.

AirBlaster
The patented Fergas AirBlaster blower is specially designed for ventilation of vehicle seats. Optimal for applications with limited space and with requirements for high pressure. Offered with a brushless 12 or 24V DC motor with customised solutions for electronic control including PWM speed control.
Crossflow/Tangential Blowers
Fergas Crossflow/Tangential Blowers is used in many applications such as flame effect fireplaces, dishwashers, medical equipment and many types of electronic cooling applications. It is offered in different lengths and diameters, single and double units with a wide range of motors.
