Pumps are the heart of any circulation system and accurately controlled circulation is the key to the users’ comfort and the efficiency of the entire system. When it comes to air conditioning, Grundfos has a long history of supplying superior, intelligent and high-quality pumps that guarantee performance and reliability. Our controls and integrated frequency converters ensure maximum system intelligence, communication, flexibility and lowest lifecycle costs. Grundfos’ electronic speed control pumps give HVAC customers intelligent pump operations that always match system loads. They are guaranteed of maximum efficiency at minimum energy consumption. Furthermore, operating profiles can be adjusted to meet both seasonal and climatic changes, so we make sure that our customers are always ahead in the game. One such innovation is ‘MAGNA3’ circulator pump that has redefined the HVAC industry. MAGNA3, arguably is the most efficient circulator available in the market today, with an Energy Efficiency Index (EEI) well below the EuP benchmark level, enabling energy savings up to 75 per cent compared to a typical fixed speed circulator installed. These pumps can be augmented with Grundfos’ digital frontrunner, iSOLUTIONS. The in-built duo-sensors collect actionable data on temperature, time, pressure, energy consumption and enables remote monitoring and predictive maintenance. MAGNA3 is a wet runner circulator. We also have TPE3 pump solutions, which is a dry runner. TPE3 Vertical In-line pump (which can also be augmented with iSOLUTIONS), provides unrivalled efficiency and intelligent functionalities.
Apart from these, we also offer end suction pumps, from ‘Small intelligent circulators’ to ‘Big Skid Mounted Systems’ and from ‘Remote Monitoring and Wireless Transmission’ to ‘System Optimisation’.
Business Plan in 2020
We completed two decades of operations in India last year and have been growing consistently at a CAGR of 20 per cent. We hope to further increase our market presence and remain cost competitive. As we prepare to be future ready, digital solutions and e-pumps are going to be important growth drivers for us in 2020. Localisation is going to be another major focus for us. Grundfos has always operated with a sustainability mindset and this will continue. Our groundwater and surface water solutions are pertinent to India’s current water conditions. We also hope to improve our solar pumps portfolio in the coming year to reduce dependency on non-renewable energy resources.

The theme for this year’s ACREX India 2020 is ‘sustainability in HVAC industry’. Grundfos is a global pump and system manufacturer and we contribute our competencies and experience to develop highly efficient and sustainable HVAC systems. Given that sustainability is at the core of our business, we are excited to be completely aligned to ACREX’s theme this year and will be showcasing our sustainable and efficient HVAC solutions here.
