SEPUR, an expert in waste collection and management, has taken delivery of 18 Renault Trucks E-Tech D Wide to collect household waste throughout the 13th district of Paris. These all-electric refuse collection vehicles are already criss-crossing the streets of the French capital to collect waste from the 180,000 residents of the district, with no local CO2 emissions or noise pollution.
To meet the carbon footprint reduction and climate change targets set out in the Paris Climate Plan, the waste of the inhabitants of Paris 13th district is now collected by all-electric refuse trucks. This is a major step forward by the municipality in reducing its environmental impact and improving the quality of life of its residents.
To collect the waste of the 180,000 inhabitants of the 13th district of Paris on a daily basis, Sepur, an expert in waste collection and management, has put a fleet of exclusively electric trucks into service.
